Bodylastics uses elastic tubing, which is light and flexible making it easy to store. It also achieves the smoothest, most effective resistance while creating several levels of tension at the same time. This enables users of all strength levels to get the best results possible.Bodylastics have clips secured to the ends so that they could be easily attached to handles and ankle straps. This simple yet effective design gives users the ability to generate 15 levels of tension (Basic Tension Set) or even 31 levels of tension (Max Tension set).

Every set of bodylastics comes with heavy duty components, complete with handles, ankle straps, and door anchor.
