It&#8217;s pretty amazing to think about what we could accomplish if we could somehow tap into the 90% of our minds which usually go unused. Certainly, there is a lot of unexplored potential right there in our own minds.</p>
<p>Scientists agree that people who exhibit psychic and extra sensory abilities must be able to use these abilities due to somehow using that 90% of the human mind which usually lies idle. Some people appear to have these abilities from birth but others develop their mind power and start using these latent talents later on in life.</p>
<p>How exactly all of this works is not yet entirely understood, but progress continues to be made in examining how our thoughts may affect the world around us.</p>
<p>Some studies even point towards the ability of our own minds to change reality. Our minds may be molded by the world less that they mold it, it seems.</p>

<p>In case you have not come across it before, the law of attraction concerns the whole universe and states that there is a cause and effect for everything we do. So whatever you think about you will get! You must however communicate with your subconscious mind to tell it what you want; otherwise it presumes you want everything to stay as it is. <p>Visualization:- Visualization is another effective method of developing mindpower. You just need to close your eyes and start to see the results you want to achieve. Your subconscious mind will pick up on these images and begin to start making them a reality. Whatever you want, you can visualize it and your subconscious can begin to set events in motion to make it happen. Anything you focus your visualizations on will become a reality.</p>

Even though a lot of people don&#8217;t believe in telepathy, it&#8217;s something which has had a hold over us for centuries now. There are numerous books and films which feature this ability and many have experimented with telepathic communication over the years.</p>
<p>Telepathic communication is something that we do on occasion. Have you ever been picking up the phone to call someone just to say hi, and right then they called? You just knew they were thinking about you. Have you ever just known what someone was going to say? Some of these incidences are coincidence, but nearly everybody has had an experience where they knew something they shouldn&#8217;t have. It was as if they had read somebody&#8217;s mind.</p>
<p>As farfetched as it may sound at first, it is possible to communicate telepathically at will. All of us have this ability naturally, though it usually atrophies through disuse as we age.</p>
<p>However, it is entirely possible to relearn to use your telepathic abilities if you&#8217;re willing to put in the necessary time and effort. You can learn to do this on your own, though most people find it easier to do with an experienced guide.</p>
<p>If you are interested in learning how to communicate with someone telepathically, you first have to learn how to focus on something like this. Also, having someone to practice with is important. <p>Start small at first. One person should be trying to &#8220;send&#8221; messages, and the other should be trying to receive them. Both of you should be keeping notes on what message you are trying to get to the other person, and the impressions you are getting. Things such as colors, images, and other simple, clear thoughts are the best things to try to share.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s not certain at how long of a distance people can communicate telepathically with each other. People who have learned to control their telepathic abilities may be able to send thoughts back and forth over hundreds, even thousands of miles.</p>
<p>You&#8217;ll need to be patient as you practice communicating telepathically. This is something which takes time and there&#8217;s more to it than simply bringing your latent abilities to the surface &#8211; you also have to learn how to control it, so regular practice and a lot of time and patience are necessary.</p>
<p>A lot of people have compared the process to learning another language. You may get frustrated at first and feel that you&#8217;ll never learn. Over time you&#8217;ll be able to become fluent in mind to mind communication just like when you learn to speak a new language. Having someone else to practice with allows you to support each other and keep one another motivated.</p>
<p>One way to keep motivated as you learn to communicate telepathically is to quit while you&#8217;re ahead in your practice sessions. When you and your partner have had some success but you&#8217;re not yet tired from the mental effort, stop. If you&#8217;re not having any luck, stop before you get frustrated; this will only make you want to quit. If you can&#8217;t make a telepathic communication in about 15 minutes of trying, then you should set it aside until later.</p>
<p>With dedication, regular practice with a partner and some guidance from others who have managed to use their own ability to communicate telepathically, you can develop your telepathic capacities. When you translate from karate to kickboxing, or from kickboxing to karate, you can win every single fight you are in by knowing the three things I am going to tell you here. We are dealing only with the hands, mind you, so you have to control your distance to make sure that you stay at punching distance.</p>
<p>If you are going to try to use this strategy with the feet we would have to create an art called karate tae kwon do&#8230;grin. Or, if you were going to use it with fancy arm closing tricks we might call it JKD Karate. Call it anything you want, the concepts will work, but you might have to tailor them some.</p>
<p>Before we get going I should tell you how to set up the three techniques. The set up is to have the hands extended, elbows about 135 degrees, palms facing outward, so that the hands are in front of the shoulders. This, incidentally, is a sign of peace, an &#8216;I don&#8217;t want to fight,&#8217; which is a good thing because it is better to avoid a fight.</p>
<p>The basic concept here is that two objects can&#8217;t be in the same place in space. Go on, shove one table through another table. You&#8217;ll just end up with fire wood.</p>
<p>First Technique, he is going to have to go around your fist and arms, and you can defend with a hard block and punch. This isn&#8217;t a counter strike, this is done simultaneous with a slight body shift/sidestep maneuver. You will have taken the initiative of the fight and can follow up with an attack on the inside line.</p>
<p>Second technique, he is going to try shifting to the front and jabbing, and you can just pass him and pound on his body. With these two techniques he is trying to go around you, and this will set him up by shutting his weapons down, or opening his targets up. A little practice and you will be able to tell which way he is going.</p>
<p>Third technique, and this is the one we want, is when he tries to go between your hands. He can be blocked easily, and, the potential for trapping him, simply by closing your hands, is large. You trap his elbow and his wrist and work an arm bar, and when he tries to back out, or otherwise wiggle, you elbow roll him, and you can work elbow spikes and secondary punches, all while keeping him trapped and unable to fight back.</p>
<p>This freestyle technique can further be enhanced by shifting the body or changing the distance between the hands, thus encouraging your attacker to do exactly what you want. In other words, you will make him totally predictable, and nobody is easier to beat than a fighter who is totally and utterly predictable. So, there you go, that is how you actually matrix the initial entry into a fight, and when you win that fight just tell everybody you were doing kickboxing karate&#8230;heh.</p>

<p>Now today the walking stick is a tool used to help the walker balance themselves while they are taking a walk. Today there are so many types and styles and even sizes of walking sticks that even collectors are seeking them out.</p>
<p>Walking sticks also known as hiking poles or trekking poles or they are even known as pilgrim&#8217;s staffs. They are used by hikers for many reasons, for one they are used when walking to clear out spiderwebs or thick brush. They are used to support themselves going up a hill and even used going down a hill as a brake. Another use is to balance themselves while going across a stream, mud puddle and they are even used to defend off any wild animal they may encounter.</p>
